L-Carnitine L-Tartrate is the stable form of L-Carnitine. It is less-hygroscopic and is stable at ambient conditions. It comes as a white crystalline powder and has a pleasant acidic taste. It is highly soluble in water, but has a rather limited solubility in organic solvents.
