Function: The instrument precisely use 口 type scan mechanism, to scan the object to be 

measured in the width direction, industrial control computer collect data, and has the function 

of data processing,online scan measure,arbitrary point fixed point measurement,graph display,

deviation alarm,data store,check and etc.

Measurement mode:

1. Scan type (as illustrated in figure 1) mainly used to online measuring and monitor in every 

kind of cast film,calendered film,stretch film and other product, the instrument precisely use 口 

type scan mechanism, to scan the object to be measured in the width direction.

2. Fixed point type or desk type: mainly used to measure online spot thickness measurement 

of blown film,casing and so on or for laboratory experiment.
