1. Automatic fiber filling machine QL005 is mainly used to pack the opened fiber into a bag to be ready to sell to other customers and transport to necessary area.
2. It assembled with fiber opening machine and a fiber transporter and double units packing device.
3. It can be used for nylon bag, PVC bag, woven bags that both airing and non-airing bags.
4. Usually we use by 80*250mm or 120*200mm, it can be contain 20kg/bag and can be finished within 3min.
5. The whole line can be adjusted by PLC control system.
6. The filling time can be already set up from the control screen according to the weight and bag size.
7. All electricity key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens and Omron which is stable quality and has international service department in your local area.
8. Double hand control system saves labor well.
9. The machine is running calmly because of the well dynamic balance processing.
