High pressure grinder mill description:
Shanghai Kunke high-pressure grinder mill is widely used for high-fine powder processing of more than 280 kinds of non-inflammable and non-explosive materials in mining, metallurgy, chemicals, building materials and other industries,for them ,Mohs hardness is not greater than 9.3 and humidity below 6% of non-inflammable material,such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, barite, bentonite, coal gangue, coal and other materials. Main equipments are host equipment, gear, analysis machine, plumbing, air blower, dust collector, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electronic control systems.
High pressure grinder mill features:
1. Compared with other grinder mill,the capacity increase by 10-20% under the same condition,with the effect of high pressure spring,the roller grinding pressure to the material increase by 800-1200kg.
2. The minerals with Mohs hardness less than 9.3 can be crushed.
3. The final product size range is large from 0.613mm(30Mesh) to 0.013mm(1000Mesh),and the particle size can rech 0.033mm(425Mesh)
4. Dust removal effect fully meet the national emission standard.
5. Classifier can be easy to adjust.
