A. Brief introduction

 

 

    This machine integrated functions of Rinsing the empty pet bottle,filling the rinsed  bottles and capping the filled bottles in one unit, It works harmoniously with air-conveyor belt, It holds the bottles by the neck, thus, reducing the possibility of bottles falling over during conveying process. This machine is used to fill still water into pet bottle and with screw caps capping function.

l 304 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing

l Sensor control, when force to open the windows, system will automatic stop
