Specification of Pineapple Pulp:
- Packaging: 3.1 kg X 6 Tins/Carton, and Aseptic Packs of 50 Kg Carboy Drums, 340 drums in 20ft container
- Brix: 10-14 degree celcius brix
- pH: 3.40- 3.80
- Acidity: 0.4 – 0.6 as Citric Acid (mg / 100 g)
