During the plastic injection molding process,injection molding material stand a very important status in hot runner for mould.Depend on the plastic property,we should choose the right hot runner injection material.common used precision injection molding material

Common used precision  injection molding material can divide into the below kinds:
1.POM and Carbon fiber or the glass fiber reinforced POM,the characteristic is Creep resistance,Resistance to fatigue,weather resistance and dielectric resistance,good flame retardant,add lubricant easy demould.
2.PA66 and the glass fiber reinforced PA66.The characteristic is resistance to impact,liquidity and heat resistance.(The melting ponit of the glass fiber reinforced PA66 is 250℃）,is good for forming(can forming the thickness 0.4mm product).The disadvantage is exist hygroscopicity.Need to wet treatment.
3.PBT mostly choose as reinforced plastic,hign curing speed.Combine the curing speed property with other plastic.PBT>POM=PA66>PA6.
4.PC and the glass fiber reinforced PC blongs to the noncrystalline property plastic,have a good heat resistant performance.Glass fiber reinforced PC have strong rigidity,and the stable dimension.And owns abrasion resistance,wether resistance and mold resistance.

 

Use upon plastic and fiber composite material can increase the product dense property.As precision injection material,its stiffness,strength,impact resistance,abrasion resistance, etc have improved significantly.

In order to make the injection products keep the highly quality,we should care more for chooing the injection material.common used precision injection molding material
