Woven Gabions:

1. Material: Hot dipped Heavily galvanized steel wire, Galfan Steel Wire, PVC coated steel wire etc.
2. Wire diameter: 2.0-4.0mm
3. Mesh opening: 60x80 mm, 80x100 mm, 100x120mm, 120x150mm 160mm x 180mm
4. Gabion box size: 2m x 1m x 0.3m 2x1x0.5m, 2x1x1m, 3x1x1m, 4x1x1m, etc.

5. Machine: 8 sets

6. Capability: 2000 tons/machine per year.

7. Test report will be supplied after finished production from our own lab or SGS lab.

8. Standard: ASTM A 975-97, EN10223-3

9. Certificate: ISO9001:2000, CE

We are more specialized as we have our own heavily galvanized wire drawn workshop helping us control the quality from the raw material. And we have our own equipments on testing the thickness of zinc, wire diameter, tensile strength.
