Sell old naval hospital turn to community center @China (Mainland)

The Old Naval Hospital was repopened as the Center Hill, with 350 sponsors, donors, friends and meet potential users on the site for the ceremony as expected. It has taken 10 years to complete the restoration and renovation of the beautiful Italian three-story building wall and wrought iron fences.

The sun, dignitaries there, including DC Mayor Vincent C. Gray, Commander of U.S. Marine Corps, General James F. Amos and his wife, DC Council Chairman Kwame Brown, DC Council member Tony Wells and Stephen Ayres, Architect of the Capitol.

A flag that had flown over the U.S. Capitol, was first raised in the center of the hill, while a quintet of brass Marines played in the background, with a USMC honor guard present colors.

A slight breeze blew numerous blue and gold balloons festooned the shop area where guests were greeted on arrival. A well-deserved pride is widespread as the Old Naval Hospital members of the Board of Trustees is delighted with the sight of the new community center is open.

Returning a few years the old hospital that was through the post-Spanish Civil War War Veterans of America, fell into disuse and neglect, and for a time was being considered for demolition.
