The feed material is crushed by means of rotating beaters with reversible heads by impact against the grinding walls. Due to reversible rotor with crushing ledges arranged on both sides, the wearing faces of the hammer heads can be completely used without reversing the hammers.

A grate can be fitted, if necessary, at the outlet to obtain required product gradations. These crushers are best suited for limestone, ore with low Iron content, gypsum, etc.,

Application of self-impact crusher

With excellent capacity and performance, the impact crusher is preferred to crush granite, limestone, rival gravel, etc. The impact is suitable for materials whose compressive strength is under 360Mpa and side length is under 500mm.
