Character: White powder or colorless crystalline powder. Melting point 147-149 ℃. Soluble in ethanol, acetone, chloroform, practically insoluble in water. Odorless, tasteless, rapid decomposition in acid solution. Clotrimazole hydrochloride, melting point 159 ℃.

Usage: Broad-spectrum antifungal agents. For systemic fungal infections, also used outside the local fungal infection.
