Usage: Broad-spectrum anti-fungal pharmaceutical for the treatment of fungal infections. Miconazole nitrate is an antifungal pharmaceutical for the treatment of tinea, jock itch, ringworm, athlete's foot, tinea versicolor and fungal paronychia, and by the yeast (eg Candida) and Gram-positive bacterial vaginal infections and secondary infection, otitis externa, bacterial skin infections are also effective.
