Character: White crystal or crystalline powder, odorless or slight odor and taste slightly acidic. Soluble in hot water, hot ethanol, including alkaline, propylene glycol and chloroform, slightly soluble in water and ethanol. Insoluble in ether and ester solvents.

Usage: Niacin is important in the delivery of tissues and niacin hydrogen donor factors, there is the maintenance of skin and nerve health, and promote digestion.
