  Tea polyphenols have strong anti-oxidation effect, which is 25 to100 times as strong as vitamin C and E. It is used widely in medicine, agriculture, cosmetic and food industries. The extract
  prevents cardio-vascular disease, lowers the risk of cancer and decrease blood sugar and blood pressure, resist viruses and other effects. In food industry, it can as staling agent and anti-oxidant
  so as to keep food and oil fresh.
  Catechins contain large amount of hydroxyphenols that are easily oxidized, congregated and contracted. Therefore, Catechins has very strong anti-oxidation.
