Process with traditional scissors:

Traditional scissor cutting requires you to cut paper cardboard first,cover each piece of cardboard on the piled fabric,then outline the cutting route next,and begin cutting finally.

Since it’s multi-layer cutting,the deeper you cut,the more distortion and fraying for the cut pieces,For the distortion and fraying,you have to spend time and labor to rework the pieces.If the outline is not drawn well,fabric waste is impossible to be avoided.

 

Process with Laser cutting:

With Professional CAD software for design and nesting as well as auto-feeder,laser machine can modernize and automate your traditional process with scissors.

After you finish the pattern design in CAD design software or digitize the cardboard with copying system,save it in format (like DXF/DST/AI/PLT…) compatible with our cutting machine,transfer into the cutting machinen and our machine will help you cut fabrics into shapes as designed.
