Mainly Features

 

1.It adopts the world's advanced 3 Dynamic large area galvanometer control system, the working area can be get to 750mm*750mm at one time mostly.

2.With shuttle table ,this machine can engrave with high speed in 1500mm×750mm area.

3.Z axis up and down system, it can select the thinnest light spot, strongest beam strength, and most accurate position mode according to according to demand of different processing size.

 

Spare parts Specification

Stand collocate with 150W American RF metal laser tube is from American Coherent Brand, which is very famous manufacturer and supplier for CO2 laser source.100W or 200W RF metal laser tube for choice. With more power, more better marking effect and higher working speed. 

 

Japanese servo controlling motor for moving at every corner, ensure whole area working smoothly.

 

Adopts 1.1KW top exhaust fans and1.1KW bottom exhaust suction fans for clean circumstance to ensure clean process.

 

The cooling recycle system is selected water chiller for cooling the laser source and ensure the machine working efficiently.

 

Offline controlling system and 5 inch display screen, easily operate.

 

The software support format is compatible with BMP, AI, PLT, DST, DXF. Combined with CAD typeset designs and output in time.

 

The optional parts red-crossing positioning system can ensures the most accurate positioning mode within whole processing size.

Working Principle

It adopts “Dynamic Focusing” system, the working size will be engraving on 450mm*450mm without design joint.

 

Dynamic Focusing is called “pre-scan” system, the laser beam will be focusing through dynamic focusing lens, then reflected through shaking mirrors of Galvo head to focus on spot.

 

Then the working size will become large, but the laser beam spot is not such tiny or slim.

When make small size less than 450mm*450mm, the Galvo head can be adjusted to down, the size will be smaller, apparently, the laser beam and quality will more slim.
