2. Main feature of the wire mesh welding machine:
1. This machine adopts PLC control system ,electrical synchronous control.Welding time and the welding steps are composed of digital integrated elec-circuit with accurate controlling and stable function.
2. The distance of between weft wires could be different on the same roll/sheet .
3. Large joint strength ,firm welded point without welded tracks,and smooth final meshes.
4. Weft wire falling device is controlled by step motor,it makes wires drop accurately ,and mesh edges are regular ,no need to be sliced by manual.
5. Mesh drawing part adopts the elastic tension link,it is easy to adjust mesh open size,and keep high accuracy .
6. Wire straighten ,welding ,and mesh cutting are all automatic .
