Optcore’s OPC8G-XX40DCR is a high performance, cost effective 8GB FC SFP+ CWDM fiber transceiver, it is designed for fiber communications application such as 8.5G Fiber Channel.OPC8G-XX40DCR is fully compliant with the specification of SFP+ MSA SFF-8431. The 8GB FC SFP+ CWDM fiber transceiver, is designed for single mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of CWDM wavelength. There are eight center wavelengths available from 1470nm to 1610nm with each step 20nm. Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in the SFP+ MSA.
