Optcore’s OPB4250-XX10XXR are high performance, cost effective LC BIDI SFP optical transceiver for 4.25Gb/s data link application. They support data-rate of 4.25Gbps and 10km transmission
distance on 9/125µm SMF. The 4G BIDI SFP consists of five sections: the LD driver, the limiting amplifier, the digital diagnostic monitor (optional), the DFB laser and the PIN
photo-detector. The 4G BIDI SFP optical transceiver are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472. The 4G BIDI SFP optical transceiver module satisfy class I laser
safety requirements.
