3. Test procedure
3.1 Sample preparation
1) Tissue: take about 1g muscle tissue (generally the diaphragm, longissimus muscle, gluteus), add into suitable container with 2-3 ml saline or tap water (such as 24-well plates, penicillin bottles), the grinding or adequately Shredded, standing for inspection;
2) Whole blood: take 1 drop of whole blood, add 2-3 ml saline or tap water to dilute and test.
3) Serum: take 1 drop of serum, add about 5ml saline or tap water to dilute to test.
3.2 Test procedure
Take test strips, return to room temperature, hand the handle end, insert the part of below MAX line into sample (choose one of tissue, whole blood and serum), when the NC membrane is full absorb liquid, take out the strip and put it flatly( when using 24-well plates, it is ok not to take the strips out.), read result in several minutes.
