1. Before installation, firstly refer to packing list to check whether parts are complete.

2. Installation referring to the installation drawing, the support base plate must be installed on the base level, foundation should have enough stiffness and strength to support the entire dynamic load and static load of the vibrating screen.

3. 7. sieve box trunnion can be used to lift machine, not directly hang in the vibrator to swing the whole screen.

8. Make sure the V belt tension have sufficient amount of adjustment, the two pulley end adjustment in a plane.

9. Before the test must rotate vibrator by hand (or other methods) . Flexible rotation, no jam phenomenon, can start the machine.
