1. The size should be less than 3mm .

Details : the material with 1mm or less than 1mm should be 30-40%

The raw material with 2mm or less than 2mm should also be 30-40%

The material with 3mm or less than 3mm should be about 10% .

2. Moisture content : the moisture content of raw material should be 8-15% . ( the moisture content condition about raw material affect the forming greatly , more larger moisture or lower moisture all affect the forming . Thus , please pay attention and make the moisture content about your raw material is even .

3. Inside the material , it is not allowed to appear the iron briquettes or other briquettes with high hardness in case of the broken of roller and axis .

4. Binder or other additives ( such as sulfur elimination ) should be added according to the material and using environment .
