HA Series Petrochemical Process PumpApplication:
It is mainly used in transporting low or high temperature liquid, neutral or corrosive liquid, clean liquid or liquid containing solid grain, especially suitable for petrochemical industry, refinery, coal processing plant, metallurgy, pharmaceutical plant, oilchemical, electricity, paper works, pulp, sugar making and medium with special requirements.

Organic acid and inorganic acid of different temperature and concentration.
Alkaline solution of different temperature and concentration.
Salt solution of different temperature and concentration.
All kinds of liquid petrochemical products, organic compound and other neutral or corrosive materials and products.

Design Charcter:
Design Standard: designed by API610 standard and VDMA24294 light and medium class requirements, HA series petrochemical pump has feature of easy assembly and overhaul. On inspection, it doesn’t need to remove motor.
Interchangeability: we equipped 56 types of pumps with 7 kinds of bearing parts.
Casing: center support and double volute design for above DN80 caliberc could balance radial force, reduce degree of axial interference and improve the service life of parts and pump.
Impeller: single suction, close and open radial impeller.
Bearing House: designed by heavy type structure, it has feature of good rigidity and stability. In addition, it could be cooled by natural coldness, air cooling and water cooling.
Shaft Seal: packing gland and mechanical seal. Mechanical seal can use various single ,double and tandem seal. Moreover, we equipped shaft seal with cooling, washing and seal system designed by API standard.
Working Condition:
Discharge diameter: DN25~ 400mm
Capacity range: ~ 2700m3/h
Head range: ~ 300m
Working pressure: ~ 2.5Mpa
Media temperature: -80℃~ 450℃
