Sodium 1,2,3-Be nzotriazole is non-hypertoxic, non-flammable product, soluble in water and organic solvents such as chloroform, benzene and toluene, mutually soluble in lower alcohol and glycol in any proportion.BTA-S can form a layer of thin film after absorbing on the surface of metal to prevent copper and other metals from corrosion by air and harmful matters. After adding Sodium Benzotriazole in the recirculating water, it can prevent from the severe corrosion caused by acid produced by the catalytic oxidation of copper ion and glycol. Therefore, Sodium 1,2,3-Benzotriazole 40% can be widely used in solar energy transforming system, the cooling system of reactor in nuclear power plant and boiler in power plant, the cooling system of automobile engine and internal-combustion engine. Sodium 1,2,3-Benzotriazole liquid shows synergistic effect and improves anticorrosion effect when used together with other corrosion inhibitor.
