The Xaar 1001, available in two drop size variants, is a unique piezoelectric drop-on- demand printhead that delivers unrivalled reliability for single-pass printing applications such as labels, packaging, ceramics, advanced manufacturing and other product decoration. The Xaar 1001 printhead combines Xaar’s TF Technology™ and Hybrid
Side Shooter™ architecture so that ink is recirculated past the back of the nozzle during drop ejection. This unique arrangement ensures that the printhead operates even in the harshest industrial environments.
* TF Technology - unique technology constant recirculation of ink in the print head (including the cells directly into prisopelnyh) during operation. This condition reduces the likelihood of multiple nozzle clogging, especially when it comes to "heavy" pigment ink. In addition, flow, motion, ink
derived from prisopelnyh cells arising in the printing process (work nozzle) air bubbles, which directly increased print stability, job nozzles / nozzle, even in the most adverse operating
conditions. The same stream from the cameras prisopelnyh ash and other third party arising out of or penetrated to larger particles.
Heads Series 1001 actively promoted in 2008-10-ies; after, in 2013-15's, they were replaced by advanced head series 1002 and today (April
2016) the head is 1003 series.
1002-Series head is a direct follower of the series in 1001. Further receiver of all properties and qualities - 1003rd series, which the
head repeats the physical and technical characteristics of the heads 1002nd series.
