Currently the dairy complies withall EU standarts and since 2004 began to seekopportunities to enter the EU market.PRODUCTION FACILITIESDobrev Dairy facilities are situated in theheart of Rila mountain at altitude of near 1000meters, close to the Bulgarian largest skiresort - Borovets. All Dobrev brandedproducts are made in a cutting edgeproduction facility, build in compliance withthe highest EU requirements and standarts.The production process is controlled by amost contemporary computerized equipmentthus ensuring the high quality of the endproducts. All goods produced are stored in thecompany's own storage facilities. The facilityequipment ensures the best conditions forripening and storing the cheese, whilepreserving its unique taste. The monthlyoutput of 600,000 liters of milk and 60 tons ofprocessed cheese makes the company one ofthe leaders among the producers of high-tiernatural products.QUALITY CONTROLThe dairy products of Dobrev are carefullyprocessed in especially designed environmenton each of the production stages. The facilityproduction system has been certified underISO 9001-2000. This highly efficient systemfollows the production process in everyaspect, including the suppliers and the contentof the products, and guarantees high qualityfor each unit released to the market. Thecompany also applies the HACCPConception which guarantees the productionof quality and healthy in compliance with theInternational Quality Standarts.
