Dobrev Cheese & Dairy is a Bulgarian
cheese making company.
Going forward, the company is looking for
distribution partners to expand its European
network.
COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Since 1994, the Dobrev brand has
become largely known in Bulgaria and nearby
countries. Currently the dairy complies with
all EU standarts and since 2004 began to seek
opportunities to enter the EU market.
PRODUCTION FACILITIES
Dobrev Dairy facilities are situated in the
heart of Rila mountain at altitude of near 1000
meters, close to the Bulgarian largest ski
resort - Borovets. All Dobrev branded
products are made in a cutting edge
production facility, build in compliance with
the highest EU requirements and standarts.
The production process is controlled by a
most contemporary computerized equipment
thus ensuring the high quality of the end
products. All goods produced are stored in the
company's own storage facilities. The facility
equipment ensures the best conditions for
ripening and storing the cheese, while
preserving its unique taste. The monthly
output of 600,000 liters of milk and 60 tons of
processed cheese makes the company one of
the leaders among the producers of high-tier
natural products.
QUALITY CONTROL
The dairy products of Dobrev are carefully
processed in especially designed environment
on each of the production stages. The facility
production system has been certified under
ISO 9001-2000. This highly efficient system
follows the production process in every
aspect, including the suppliers and the content
of the products, and guarantees high quality
for each unit released to the market. The
company also applies the HACCP
Conception which guarantees the production
of quality and healthy in compliance with the
International Quality Standarts
