Kinetic Data is one of the largest, most experienced third-party BMC Remedy software companies in the world. We're the only company exclusively focused on developing business services management (BSM) and service delivery management (SDM) software tools specifically for BMC Remedy. We offer the most extensive portfolio of third-party, "built on BMC Remedy" BSM applications available. Our software expands the BSM capabilities of the BMC Remedy platform and extends its value beyond IT and across other functional areas. Kinetic Data was founded in 1998 to assist companies with their IT projects by serving as an extension of their IT staff. Initially, we focused on providing IT consulting services and custom application development. In 2004, we introduced Kinetic Survey, a software tool that extends the functionality of the BMC Remedy IT service management platform by enabling users to design and administer a wide variety of surveys, with complete rules-based management, graphical control, and data validation. Kinetic Survey is the only process-driven, web-based customer feedback survey management software for BMC Remedy. Totally embedded in BMC Remedy workflow, Survey makes it easy to create context-sensitive help desk surveys for service delivery management. Surveys can be distributed via email, the web, or even as pop-up scripts for call center staff to gather actionable, timely feedback from internal or external customers. In early 2007, we released Kinetic Request to address the growing need for service request management and to enable service catalog creation. Kinetic Request is built on Kinetic Survey's rendering engine. Kinetic Request is the easiest, most flexible tool available for creating and deploying request management portals on BMC Remedy. Because it's built on BMC Remedy, Request works with the technology, applications and data you already have. Yet because it doesn't require programming skills to use, it empowers business process owners across departments to design and manage their own service catalogs. Later that year, we launched Kinetic Calendar in response to requests from BMC Remedy users for an easier, more intuitive way to organize and display time-and date-based BMC Remedy data in a calendar format, regardless of where it resided. Kinetic Calendar software lets you easily create, manage and view BMC Remedy change request calendars, as well as calendars for virtually any purpose, that automatically access time-based data in your BMC Remedy system. It extends the value of BMC Remedy change management software by enabling effective communication of changes and other events across functional groups. Today, Kinetic Data continues to expand its family of innovative business and IT services management software tools built on the BMC Remedy platform. Our BSM tools, developed on the BMC Remedy Action Request (AR) System, help customers enhance their internal service delivery capabilities and extend the value of their BMC Remedy AR System platform beyond IT throughout virtually all functional areas.
