Tampograf of Italy has designed and constructed pad printing machines since 1968 and since then we have constantly focused on research and development in order to give our clients the best solutions to satisfy their requirements, designing and building custom systems for them. We are the inventors of the ceramic ring for the hermetic ink cup which revolutionized pad printing. The hermetic inkcup with our ceramic ring keeps inks and thinners mixed at the correct printing viscosity with minimum solvent evaporation and odour in the environment. Our ceramic ring does not press on the cliche thus prolonging its working-life. Other patented revolutions include a range of transversal machines that move the ink cup in long sweeping movements from left to right as opposed to the traditional back to front cycle. Using this method bigger and longer text and logos can be printed using the hermetic sealed ink cup system. We were also the first to introduce brushless motors in pad printing and multicolour shuttle system to print more colours. We offer a complete range of padprinting machines using both fully pneumatic logic and state of the art electro pneumatic touch panel control. Machines are available for printing one colour at a time or up to 12 colours in continuous succession. Safety, precision and service is the Tampograf company ethos. All machines are rigorously tested to meet the European EU certification standard and only the highest quality components are used as part of the machine assembly.
