Trung Tin Girdle Cake (Rice paper) -one of Trade Links' members-located in Cu Chi province, Ho Chi Minh City-was established in 1991 to consolidate the operation of the trade village with an assembly line of 500 bake house and 1000 villager, laborers. Our output is 500 tons per year. First the factory was only 1000 m2 large, and there are 60 workers doing quality control and packing goods to export. Up to 1998, we first researched and develop a new girdle product, super thin and soft girdle made from Tapioca starch, and all of these were made by hand. We are producer of girdle cake used to make steamed rolls rice pancake ravioli and baked, one of Vietnamese traditional cuisine. And we are also producer of Rice noodle, noodle with seasoned and saute beef (served hot and with other ingredents) , rice vermicelli, Chinese vernicelli, fine noodles, peziza and a lots kinds of girdle cake, such as: black sesame, white sesame, shrimp-sesame etc. . .
