Xiamen Sheng Jeng Machinery Co., Ltd. has started manufacturing tire moulds in Taiwan since 1985. We are entirely invested by Taiwanese and specialized in designing and manufacturing precision tire molds. We passed ISO9001-2000 certification in 2006. Sheng Jeng occupies an area of 13000 square meters. Today, we have 180 employees, 30 of whom are professional tire mold designers, experienced technicians and administrators. Our main products: bicycle tire moulds, motorcycle tire moulds, industrial moulds, light truck moulds, and ATV PCR OTR tire moulds. 75% of our tire moulds are exported to the USA, Germany, France, Brazil, Finland, Russia, India, Indonesia, Czech, and the Philippines. Sheng Jeng has a complete set of equipment and intact quality control system as well as complete testing tools. Currently, we have owned one 5-axis milling machine, one vertical CNC lathe, one horizontal CNC lathe, CNC milling machines, fifty-two EDMs, CNC engraving machines and one CNC planer type milling machine. They can allow us to process all kinds of tire moulds as long as the outside diameter is within 3.5m. We strictly keep our principle thinking "What can we do for our customers".
