Test : water press test 350 PSI and steam test 200-250 PSI
Hardened surfaces between the molds and center cores to ensure a long term operation.
Delivery date : confirm 2D and 3D drawing within 60-90 days ,the delivery date depend on the mold's diameter and the complex of pattern.
Process : all control by computer ,not by hand.
Material : Casting steel SS41,CZ 35 or ST 52.3
