The YOTOVI company was founded in 1994 with subject of activity dairying. It is entirely private property. The dairying fabric of YOTOVI is situated near the central part of Stara Planina. Now it is one of the most quickly developing firms in the region. The firm is situated on the area of 8000 sq. M. Including 1200 sq. M. Production area and 6800 sq. M. Area for expanding the activity. The fabric processes about 14000 t milk a year and its full capacity will be reached in the near 2 years. The firm specialises mainly in the production of solid cheese. The dairy products of YOTOVI are both for home trade and for export. The firm has a network of distributors in all big cities in the country.
