There are no chemical plants in the region, where the milk is obtained and all necessary ecological care is bestowed upon the animals and the fodder. Characteristic: Fat substance on dry product 46%, dry substance 56%, salt 1.8-3%, energy value: 410Kcal/100g The products of YOTOVI are an important source of vitamins, micro elements and mineral substances. They contain easily assimilated mineral substances: phosphats, helping the work of human brain, iodine - very important for the work of the  gland.
