Our process is very step-by-step, covering all bases with comprehensive direction and expert planning. We keep our customers informed throughout the process. From our quotes to the final show-day, we ensure our customers are satisfied all the way. After our onsite measurement and discussion with you, we will go ahead and prepare our invoice, which, as was mentioned, is provided with 3D images to enhance your perception of the idea you had in mind. Once you are happy, we will proceed to the next step, which is to provide you with a gallery too of staircases we’ve done in the past, just to make further certainty that you have all the options available before you make your final decision. We will then begin with the designing and the manufacturing processes. Once this is done, we begin the installation process.
