Shandong Taikai Transformer Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Taikai Group, located in Tai’an city high-tech development zone at the foot of mountain Tai that is well known at home and abroad. Coving an area of 333,333 square meters, we now have domestic advanced modern workshop 80,000 square meters, registered capital 200 million yuan, and total assets 2.3 billion yuan. We are a domestic first class enterprise for professional design and quantity production of electric transmission and transformation equipment, such as various oil-immersed type transformer, dry type transformer, special type transformer, remote online monitoring intelligence transformer, reactor, GIS, circuit breaker, assembly wall panel etc. having reached to “top 5” power transformer enterprise in domestic.

We now have over 5000 employees, college degree and above accounts for more than 70%, including 138 staff for R&D, 3 professors of engineering, 26 senior engineers, 116 engineers, and moreover, we have hired domestic transformer industry famous expert Wei Chunhua as a technical guard, all of which provide a reliable guarantee for constantly strengthening technical innovation. Up to now, we have obtained 42 national authorized patents, including 3 invention patents and 39 utility model patents. Our company has introduced a series of advanced equipment for transformer design, manufacture, inspection and test. The world most advanced full-automatic transformer core sheet cutting line has the characteristics of high cutting speed, high precision and orderly lamination and is able to continuously work for 24 hours, with cutting speed 216 meters per minute, burr less than 0.02mm and angle tolerance less than 0.005 degree. The domestic most advanced CNC insulation part machining center is able to machine various shapes of insulation part only though once programming, with spindle speed 18000 turns per minute and cutter automatically switching 16 times, and has the characteristics of high machining precision, small burr and smooth surface, etc. The workmanship equipment, like CNC flame plasma cutting machine imported from Germany, 300 tons air suspension vehicle imported from USA, ABB oil filter units, ABB vacuuming units, 4800kV impulse voltage generator, 30000kVA synchronous generator units, large fully-automatic constant-pressure kerosene gaseous drying stove, 800 tons bending machine, 2×300 tons travelling crane, etc. all reach to the international advanced level.
According to market demand and product development plan, we take the strategy of “producing one generation, storing one generation and pre-developing one generation” to constantly increase the human, financial and material investment, take full advantage of new material, new workmanship, and actively develop high-tech salable products for further strengthening “High-tech Enterprise” status. The transformers of 180MVA/110kV, 420MVA/220kV, 360MVA/330kV, 85MVA/400kV, 250MVA/500kV, 500MVA/750kV all pass every type test and special test once only. Oil immersed, oil-directional, forced air cooling, three winding, 250MVA/ 500kV high-efficiency energy-saving power transformer developed by us has passed the technical certificate from national level, whose main technical parameters has reached to international advanced level. Various capacities of transformers up to 750kV have been company leadership products. The products designed and manufactured by us have so many advantages, such as reasonable structure, reliable insulation, lower loss, lower partial discharge, lower temperature rise, lower noise, stronger short-circuit ability, stronger lighting impulse withstanding ability and no leakage, etc. whose technical indexes have reached to the domestic or international advanced level.
