Dr. Leland M. Deane obtained his M.D. degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York in 1978. After his internship, he finished his General Surgical Internship and also Residency at the Tufts New-England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
