In order to produce human capital for the entire energy sector, NTPC School of Business (NSB) was founded in 2014 with IIM Ahmedabad's academic support, under the flagship of the NTPC Education and Research Society (NEARS).
Two programs approved by the NTPC Business School (NSB) are Post-Graduate Management Diploma-Executive (PGDM-E) and a Post Graduate Energy Management Diploma (Pgdm-EM). Such courses are structured to improve management learning and practice at all levels of energy management decision-making. The focus on energy management is strengthened to provide academic and research enrichment services for sustainable Indian economy development, knowledge and value-added.
