CrossFit Iron Barbell is a personal training and group fitness gym based in Underwood, Brisbane Queensland. We offer a range of services including personal training and nutrition plans, small group personal training and fitness, core strength and agility training. Although we are based in Underwood we service members from across the region including Springwood, Woodridge, Logan, Slacks Creek, Kingston and Rochedale South.
