NSK International School was established in the year 2017 by NSK Foundation, Thumpamon, under the visionary leadership of Mr. N Surendra Kumar our Chairman and Managing Director. He envisaged an institution that would provide world class education at Thumpamon, his native place, for students from all over the world preparing them for life, shaping them to be global citizens with a lasting passion for learning and love for humanity.

The campus is situated in the heart of Thumpamon, near Pandalam in Pattanamthitta District, Kerala. The place is blessed with the natural greenery rendered by the rubber plantations, coconut groves and paddy fields. It is noteworthy that the place has a sizable number of non-resident Indians making it one of the wealthiest places in Kerala. The school has a 9-acre campus which has allocations for a sports complex with indoor games, swimming pool, multipurpose hall, dining facility, residential bock and art & culture center.

The School shall have Cambridge (IGCSE) Curricula(International Board) and CBSE-Indian Curriculum, the former has been functional from 2017. There would be modern residential facility for students and teachers. The day scholars are facilitated by a fleet of air-conditioned buses offering student pick up and drop service. The school is designed in such a way that it can emerge as the “Centre of Excellence” in the region.

We follow Cambridge International Curriculum based books. Cambridge curriculum is widely recognised across the globe by the best universities and employers. This fact gives Cambridge students a wide range of options in their education and career. We have plans to launch CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) based curriculum as well. The school uses modern smart-class and other digital technologies to good effect.
