1. HY-HTFC Cabinet centrifugal fan of fire protection and ventilation with low noise is developed by our company which is one camera dual use, high efficiency and low noise. It is widely used in these sites where need exhaust smoke of fire protection and kitchen, ventilation and air exchange (Lifting or Ground mounted), such as: Hotel, Restaurant, Auditorium, Movie theater, Basement, Industrial and mining enterprises, Office building, and so on. It can supply air and exhaust air. It had been good market all over the country and get well received by user. It is the ideal product of exhaust smoke of fire protection, ventilation and air exchange for high-rise buildings now.

3. This series product has two type of Type A and Type B. The motor installed in the outer of box is called Type A. In the test of high temperature resistance, it can be continuous running more than 40 minutes under the condition of flue-gas temperature more than 280℃ to reach the objective of exhaust smoke of fire protection. It can be one cameral dual use after equipped with double speed motor. It can be ventilation and air exchange in the low-speed, also it can be exhaust smoke of fire protection in the high-speed. The motor installed inside of box called Type B. It is generally used as ventilation of supply air and exhaust air.

Processing technic

1. The fan impeller and fan case are made of high-quality steel plate, all is mould producing and welded into form. The impeller pass the correcting and drilling balancing of static and dynamic, balancing precision is not more than G5.6 grade.

2. The silencer box has the assemble design of frame and boxboard. The frame is made with advanced metal cold bending mill to stretch into form at once. (It can be made with aluminum profiles as customer’s require). The boxboard is color-coated sheet, surface is clean and beautiful, strong corrosion resistance, inlayer is galvanized micro-perforated plate of noise elimination. Interlayer is flame retardant polystyrene foam board and can reduce noise further. The product can be disassembly and assembly on site.

3. The total height of Type A fan box needs to add the height of motor, the total width needs to add the width of belt cover.

4. The motor installed externally of Type A fan box can be put in one side of box according the requirement of design and installation, in order to reduce the total height of installation.
