Grinding Media Balls
Material: GCr15 high chrome
According to the national standard GB8649-88 & forging (rolling) ball ferrous metallurgy industry standards (YB/T 091-2005), our plant specializes in producing forged/casted grinding media ball diameter from Φ20- Φ130mm.
The advance manufacturing methods and materials guarantee the maintenance of the geometrical tolerance and correct structures vital to reliable, consistent performance and long life. Therefore, our grinding balls are of rounded geometry, high hardness and good mechanical properties and resistant to wear, no distortion, no cracking of excellent quality.
Production Process:
1) Heating: heat the raw materials
2) Forging and Stamping: In this step, machines cut wire into short lengths and form it into spherical shapes.
3) Heat Treatment: heat treatment imparts the desired hardness.
Main Features:
high hardness, ground resistance, without loss of circle, low broken rate, high efficiency in grinding and etc.
Application Domain:
cement works, mine, mineral processing, thermal power, chemical industry and etc.
