*GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS

The machine adapts full seal form. All parts are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with three grades of purifying apparatus. The filtered air reaches the requirement of one hundred grades . The cooling appetites of wall is installed at the cylinder body and top. It makes the wall temperature less than 80 , Air sweeping device is installed inside the drying tower. The dried imm -ersed ointment powder is raised greatly. Moreover it can not appear the phenomenon of carbonization and degeneration. The ratio of received powder is raised greatly. Moreover it can not produce the phenomenon of medicine mixing and wall staying.

*Basic principle:

High-speed centrifuge spray apparatus for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine is an application of centrifuge spray technique for special raw material. It is an apparatus using high-speed centrifuge atomize to make raw material distribute in fog that contacts with hot air fully and finish the dry momentarily and form powder finished product. The special drier for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine is used to solve immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine and extracted liquid of plant. It solves the conditions existed in original LPG high-speed spray dryer.

1.Raw material is attached to wall and the ratio of received powder is low;

2.Because the staying time of raw material at wall is long, the phenomenon of carbonization and degeneration can be produced;

3.It is difficult to clean and can not meet the requirement of GMP;

4.Low in output: Model LPG-150 centrifuge spray drier can process 50-60 kg/h of raw material liquid.

In view of this, according to the properties and process requirements of immerse-d ointment of traditional Chinese medicine, our factory researched and designed the special drier for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine and won twoitems of China patent. It solves the historical difficult problems in drying immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine. The color of dried raw material is good. The dried raw material does not degenerate. It raises the economic benefit greatly. Com-pared with original LPG high-speed spray drier, it has the following features:

1. Being adapted three-grade air purification,the inlet air reaches the requirement of one hundred thousand grade;

2. Being adapted wall cooling device, the temperature of inner wall will be 80. Even if raw material is stayed on the wall, it can not carbornize;

3. Its whole volume is 3.5 times of standard LPG high- speed spray dryer;

4. Being adapted quick washing device, it is can meet the requirements of produ-ction for varieties products;

5. Being adapted quick washing device, there is no powder dust out. It is conformity with the requirement of GMP;

6. Being adapted air sweeping device, the clean effect is satisfied;

7. Equipped two sets of atomizer and adapted frequency control;

9. Equipped with washing device;

10. Adapt the seal method to transport dry air.
