Introduction
The test principle of liquid penetration resistance tester is as follow: place the sample on the tester, add the test suspension liquid and begin the test under prescribed time and pressure. Based on this test method, the tester still can detect the live virus penetrating through the material under the condition of invisible liquid penetration, and supplements the shortcomings of visual penetration test.
Liquid penetration resistance tester is a classic instrument , specially designed for the resistance of medical protective clothing to penetration by liquid such as blood. The fluid penetration ability of the protective clothing material resistant to virus blood was tested by the hydrostatic pressure test method. It is used to test anti-penetration performance of the protective clothing against blood and body fluids, blood pathogens (with Phi-X 174 antibiotic test), synthetic blood, etc.
Application
Liquid penetration tester can test protective materials against liquid penetration, including gloves, protective clothing, outer cover, coveralls, boots, etc. .
