Intended Use

The Zearalenone is a competitive ELISA for the quantitative analysis of Zearalenone in grain, nuts, cottonseed, blood and feed products.

Use Principle

The Zearalenone ELSA kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Zearalenone antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Zearalenone antibody (antibody solution) with Zearalenone in the sample, anti-Zearalenone antibody binds to the Zearalenone-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipe the substrate solution to the wells to convert the color.The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the calibrators and the Zearalenone concentration of the samples is derived.

Scope of Application

Qualitative or quantitative analysis of Zearalenone in peanut, feed, edible oil, corn, etc.
