3.Postive control:1 bottle
4.Negative control:1 bottle
5.Disposable pipette:100pcs per kit
6.Microwell holder:1pcs
Materials required but not provided
1.Micropipette(20ul-200ul)
2.Timer
3.Incubator
Sample preparation:
No treatment necessary,ready for assay
Features&Benefits:
1.No instrumentation required
2.High specificity
3.High sensitivity
4.High reproducibility
5.quick results
6.favourable price
7.shelf Life:12 months
8.Storage:2-8C
Assay Procedure:
1.The rapid strips and microwell should be at room temperateure(20-25C) before use, shake the milk vigorously to ensure sample homogeneity
2.Take appropriate number of test strip and microwells and immediately cover the tube, restore the remaining components at 2-8C
3.Place the microwells into the Incubator(37C)
4.Using a single channel pipette(use a disposable pipette),add 200ul of milk sample to each microwell, dissovle the coating conjugate in the microwell by pipetting the content up and down 5 to 6
times.
5.Incubate the sample for 2minutes at 37C and then put one test strip into one well
6.the reaction time for test strip for 5 minutes at 37C
7.Remove the absorbent pad and interpret test result within 1 minutes.
The Result interpretation:
Negative sample:2 lines are visible, the intensity of test line(T)is greater than or equal to control line(C) indicates the sample contains erythromycin less than limitations
Postive sample:The intensity of test line(T) is less than control line or only control line is visable, this indicates the sample contains erythromycin greater than or equal to the limitations
Invalid results:
If there is no line in Control zone, the test is invalid and the sample should be re-tested by using a valid test strip
Storage and shelf life:
1.The kits should be at a dry place way from the sunlight and wind at 2-8C,do not freeze
2.The shelf lit:12months
3.Production date, expiration date and lot number please refer to the label on the out package.
