Check the patency of the cooling water, temperature (generally ∠ 26 ° C), feeding conditions, cylinder temperature and pressure, screw and cylinder wear.

Accessory device

Precautions
1. The main motor and the oil pump motor are electrically interlocked, that is, the oil pump motor does not start, and the main motor cannot be started.
2. The main motor control cabinet has overcurrent protection and has been set before leaving the factory.
3. When the heating temperature of each section reaches the set value, keep the constant temperature for 40-60 minutes before starting. Otherwise it will cause overload, twist the screw or damage
the gear box and motor.

5. When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to clean the material at the opening of the cylinder with metal objects.
6. Installation and disassembly of pressure sensor and material temperature thermocouple. When there is material in the machine head, it must be warmed up, and the material can be installed and
disassembled after it is softened.
7. For circulating water in the cylinder cooling system, use demineralized water or distilled water. Otherwise, damage to the device is the responsibility of the user (not covered by the warranty).
8. The screw can only be started at low speed (≤20r/min). The idle time is less than 2 minutes. After feeding, the die hole of the standby head can be discharged to gradually increase the speed.
