Plastic Mulch Film Blowing Line

"Jingcheng" DM series plastic mulch film blowing machine set is composed of extruder, mono-layer film blowing die head, cooling air ring, hauling machine, coiling machine, temperature and electric control system, etc. It is mainly used to produce LDPE agricultural and mulch films. After changing certain components, it also can produce HDPE, LLDPE films. The structural and matched characteristics of the series of machine set are as follows:

1. The screw and barrel of the extruders are uniquely designed by our company, and are processed by domestic famous professional manufacturer. It has good plasticization property and high output.

2. The reliable hard surface gear box has properties of low noise, high driving efficiency, stable running and long service life.

3. It adopts cylindrical type filter. The screen changing period is 7-8 times of common screen changing type. It not only makes up the defect of material leakage of fast screen changing device, but also effectively prolongs screen changing time space.

4．The die head adopts central material feeding type spial runners.The material of die head is high quality carbon steel. Through several times of heat treatment technology, its deformation defect decreases greatly.

5.Hauling roller and coiling roller are conducted dynamic balancing test,rectifying,and accurate grinding processing.

6. The upper hauling device adopts short chain to transmit.It not only solves the problem of easy clamping and short service life of direct connection type,but also overcomes the defecta of large vibration and noise of long chain.

7.It is matched with middle partition device and automatic metering device.

8.It is matched with dual-row chain wheel.which can be operated conveniently and rapidly.
