Round Hole Perforated Metal Plate

Perforated plate is processed in a wide range of round, square, slotted, decorative and special shaped perforations from a numerous metal sheets. Also known as Perforated Metal, Perforated Panel.

Percentage of Perforated Open Area:
The most common percentage of open area is between 30% and 50% while other open areas are available depending on the perforation. Some times the percentage open area has to be kept lower for increased strength and flatness of the perforated metal sheet. For perforations 30% usually comes with 5/16-inch diameter holes.

We can perforate metal sheet with a maximum sheet thickness of 25mm. Perforated sheet with a thickness between 1.5mm and 3.0mm finds common uses for balustrade infilling mesh and cladding panels.
