1. Observe around before starting the furnace tap hole machine to avoid personal injury. Check whether the oil pump has abnormal sound and observe the oil level of the oil tank before starting. If

2. When closing the door and tamping the furnace, it shall be stable, accurate and fast. During operation, the furnace shell and furnace door sliding frame shall not be continuously impacted for
many times to avoid breaking the motor screws. When digging the furnace, it is strictly prohibited for the furnace head to collide with the pressure ring and electrode (Prevent the pressure ring
from missing) when the furnace condition requires prying and sticking materials, pay special attention to the length of the tamping rod, and it is strictly prohibited for the rear wheel of the
furnace tap hole machine to be separated from the ground (to avoid damage to the bearing and steering arm).
3. When using the furnace tap hole machine for charging, it shall not stay in front of the furnace door for too long to avoid burning out the oil cylinder and seals. When the light of the furnace
platform is dark, a specially assigned person shall be responsible for guiding to ensure smooth walking, fast driving speed and rear wheel steering.
4. When it is out of use, the furnace tap hole machine shall be parked in a fixed parking place without affecting the normal traffic route. During shift handover, the person in charge or driver
